Event Details

The Four Direction Meditation is a moving meditation. Slowly, gently and intentionally whisper your prayer or wish. Draw the energy up from your center, grounding down into Mother Earth.

Duration: 1 Hour

Find enough space to move freely. A blanket and pillow are recommended.


The Four Direction is a moving meditation. The sequence begins with your Sankalpa. An intention, wish or prayer. Honoring the four directions as the energy is brought up from the Earth and moved out through the breath by extending the movement forward with our bodies.
