Event Details

The Shared Breath. To know what is important to us, we must inhabit the body. We feel the body through the medium of the breath. In relationships, we can only communicate with precision if we know what our own feelings, needs, and desires are. This clarity allows us to be honest and loving with one another.  The better we become at doing this for ourselves, the more proficient we will become at knowing what we want and communicating better with our partners. Learning to use the breath as a way to connect with your own body-based wisdom, we can learn to connect with our partners in a more embodied way.
